Welcome to the Hampton Roads/EBONACT chapter website. The Hampton Roads EBONACT chapter of big was established in 1981 as an educational, charitable, scientific, and literary organization. The EBONACT chapter serves to promote equity in all aspects of American life, excellence in public service, and opportunity for all Americans. The Blacks In Government Hampton Roads EBONACT Chapter, is a local chapter which is based at Fort Eustis, VA servicing the areas of Newport News, Hampton, and Williamsburg. Blacks In Government was organized in 1975 and incorporated as a non-profit organization under the District of Columbia jurisdiction in 1976.
