Blacks In Government Inc. (BIG) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization committed to advocating for equal opportunity and professional development for Black government employees at the Local, State and Federal government levels. Companies and organizations who partner with BIG join a distinguished group of supporters who have created an immeasurable impact in the lives of those we serve.

BIG offers companies several options to develop a unique partnership that is nationally recognized for its programs and events. Contributions to BIG are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.
